Welcome to VCards. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VCards applications and services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all VCards mobile and web applications, websites, APIs, and related services unless a separate agreement is provided. Where applicable, additional terms (for example, partner or third-party terms) may apply and will be noted at the time you use those features.
VCards offers access to premium features and content through subscriptions, usage-based plans, or other commercial models. The specific offering (for example: duration-based subscriptions, usage quotas, feature bundles, single-item access, or other custom plans) and the terms for that offering will be displayed in the product UI or purchase flow at the time of purchase.

The exact features, pricing, and duration for any offering are indicated in the app's subscription/purchase screen or other official purchase UI. These Terms do not fix a single product configuration — the Service may add, remove, or modify available plans, quotas, and durations from time to time. Any material changes to the structure of subscriptions will be communicated in-app or by other reasonable means.
Payment processing depends on the platform and payment provider. For iOS purchases, payment is processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system and charged to the Apple ID account at the time of purchase. For web or other platforms, payments may be processed through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Subscription renewal rules (if applicable) are shown during purchase. Where an automatically renewing subscription is used, it will renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the purchase platform's rules (for example: Apple App Store subscription settings). You are responsible for managing cancellations through your platform account settings where applicable.
From time to time we may provide trial periods, trial quotas, or promotional usage credits. Trials or promo credits are governed by the terms presented at the time they are offered. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or revoke trial or promotional offers at any time in accordance with the published offer details.
Prices may vary by location and are shown at the point of purchase. We may change prices or the components of subscription plans; such changes apply to future purchases or renewals as noted in the app or in a notification. Any billing disputes should be raised promptly to the payment provider (Apple, Google, or the third-party processor) and to us at the contact address below.
Refunds are handled according to the payment provider’s policies. For iOS purchases, Apple’s refund policies and mechanisms apply; please contact Apple if you need a refund for an App Store purchase. For other platforms, refunds (if any) are processed under the applicable payment processor’s policy. We generally do not provide direct refunds for purchases made through platform-managed payment systems.
Access to features or content under a subscription or plan is limited to the term or quota purchased. We may add new features or retire features; we will notify users of material changes via the app or other reasonable means when appropriate.
The Service uses account identifiers (for example Firebase UIDs), and may persist a stable per-install identifier in a device keychain for a reliable user mapping between native and web experiences. You are responsible for keeping account credentials and access to device accounts secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Content you create or save (for example: graphs, itineraries, vcard JSON) belongs to you. By saving or sharing content through the Service you grant VCards a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, and transmit that content where needed to provide the Service (for example: storing files in Google Cloud Storage under per-user paths such as users/{user_id}/...).
We may suspend or terminate accounts or access for violations of these Terms, abuse, or for legal or security reasons. If your subscription is terminated or expires, you may lose access to subscription-only features or to content behind those features unless you renew or export your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VCards and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to VCards for the relevant product or service in the preceding 12 months (or USD 50 if you paid nothing).
We may change the Service and these Terms. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will provide notice through the app, email (if you have provided an email), or other reasonable means. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where VCards maintains its primary place of business, unless a different choice of law is required by local rules. For U.S. users, this will generally be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State] without regard to conflict of law rules. If you want a jurisdiction-specific clause inserted, we can add it.
